I’m Sheri, a certified Reiki Master/Teacher and integrated wellness specialist. I believe that profound transformation occurs when we access the deepest levels of consciousness—where true healing, clarity, and purpose reside.

With over 20 years of dedicated practice in holistic wellness and energy medicine, I’ve

guided countless individuals through profound shifts in physical health, emotional

resilience, and spiritual awakening. My journey has taught me that the most lasting

transformations happen when we move beyond surface-level symptoms and access the

subconscious wisdom that holds the answers we seek.

 

My Foundation & Credentials

My path into this transformative work began in 2003 as a Reiki Practitioner, advancing

to Master level by 2004. I became a licensed massage therapist in 2004, a Certified

Hatha Yoga Instructor in 2014, with specialized training in Restorative, Therapeutic

Yoga and Ayurveda, and in 2016 I became a certified Access Bars® practitioner.

Most recently I added Level 1 QHHT® Intern to the mix—bringing together decades of

somatic and energetic expertise with Dolores Cannon’s revolutionary hypnotherapy

methodology.
